Terms of Use

Estimates, not professional advice

Measurements, distances, angles, heights, speaker and seating placements, parts lists and every other recommendation in the app are estimates based on what you enter and on general guidelines. They are not professional installation, acoustic, structural or electrical advice.

• Check every measurement in your room before you cut, drill, mount or buy.
• Use a licensed electrician for wiring, outlets and circuits, and a qualified installer for wall or ceiling mounts.
• Follow your equipment makers’ instructions and your local building and electrical codes.

You are responsible for how you use the app’s output. We are not liable for damage, injury or cost that results from relying on it.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us at contact@miltinson-technologies.com if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. Deleting it cancels any subscription and ends paid access immediately.

Paid plans

Paid plans are subscriptions, billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown next to the Upgrade button and at checkout. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel.

Cancel online any time with Manage billing on the Upgrade page, or write to contact@miltinson-technologies.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep paid access until the end of the period you paid for. When it ends, the account returns to the free plan: rooms beyond the free plan’s limit become read-only and share links stop working.

If you are not satisfied, write to contact@miltinson-technologies.com within 30 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. After 30 days, charges are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.

We may change prices or plan features. A price change applies from your first renewal after we tell you about it by email, and you can cancel before then.

Your content

You keep ownership of the rooms, layouts and images you add. You let us store and process them to run the app for you. Only upload images you have the right to use. Anyone with a share link can view that report, so share it only with people you choose.

The app as it is

We provide Home Theater Planner as it is, without warranties. It can contain errors, and we may change, pause or end features at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
